A Beautiful Late-Summer Wedding at Shore Lodge

There is something so special about a late-summer wedding in McCall, Idaho. The days are warm, the evenings begin to carry that first hint of fall, and Payette Lake provides the most beautiful backdrop for celebrating the people you love most. Beth and Andrew gathered their families and closest friends at Shore Lodge for a beautiful day overlooking the lake, surrounded by the people who have played such an important part in their lives.

One of the sweetest parts of Beth and Andrew’s wedding day was seeing their families come together and watching the kids be such an important part of the celebration. Their love for children was evident throughout the day, and they made such a beautiful effort to include them in the meaningful moments. From the little interactions and joyful moments to simply having them close by, it was a beautiful reminder that this day wasn’t just about two people becoming husband and wife—it was about two families becoming one.

And then there were the flowers. We have always had a deep appreciation for beautiful floral artistry, and Emily from Rust & Thistle created something truly special for Beth and Andrew. The florals brought so much beauty and texture to the day while complementing the natural beauty of McCall perfectly. Beth’s sister, who shares a serious love of flowers herself, helped make sure every detail was beautiful, and it was so sweet to see that vision come together so beautifully.
