There’s something so special about winter sessions in the mountains of Idaho — especially when the weather decides to surprise you in the best way. Megan and Ian’s engagement session felt almost warm for the middle of winter, and we soaked up every minute of it along the Payette River near Cascade Lake. The snow, the soft light, the soft sounds of the river… it created the dreamiest backdrop for two people who genuinely adore each other.
