An Intimate, Mountain Celebration Filled with Love and Laughter

Ashley and Cody’s wedding day in the mountains of Hailey, Idaho, was one of those days that reminded us what weddings are truly about — people and relationships. They gathered their closest friends and family for an intimate celebration at Bear Lodge LLC, a beautiful, tucked-away venue surrounded by the first hints of fall color. The September sunshine brought that perfect mountain warmth, sitting comfortably in the seventies all day.

Ashley looked absolutely stunning, radiant in every way. One of the sweetest moments was when she and Cody exchanged letters before seeing each other at their first look. It was such a tender and personal way to pause and reflect on all that brought them to this day.

The landscape around Hailey was just starting to shift into autumn. Golden tones peeked through the green, creating that beautiful in-between season that feels both peaceful and full of promise.

This wedding was also filled with kids, laughter, and life. Out of respect for privacy, many of those joyful photos won’t be shared here, but they were such an important part of what made the day so special. The sense of family and togetherness could be felt everywhere you looked.

Instead of a traditional catered dinner, Ashley and Cody ordered thirty pizzas from town and brought them in for everyone to share. It was relaxed, fun, and delicious — and as a pizza lover, Laura was pretty thrilled about that decision.

It was a day full of love, warmth, and genuine connection, and we left feeling so grateful to have been a small part of it.
