A Warm and Romantic September Wedding at the Trail Creek Cabin in Sun Valley, Idaho

We cannot wait for you to see the magic that happened at this wedding at Trail Creek Cabin in Sun Valley! If you think these two look familiar it might be because we photographed two weddings for them in the same weekend. What an absolute dream! If you haven’t already, be sure to head over to our blog of their Indian Ceremony that celebrated Sakthi’s Indian heritage and culture. Can we just say that these two and their families know how to throw a party!? Both days were such beautiful representations of two families and cultures coming together to celebrate the love that is shared between Taylor and Sakthi!

The Best Day

After such a fun day spent during their Indian ceremony we didn’t know how a day could come close to the fun! But do not worry, the beauty and fun only continued from the beginning to the end. So many beautiful emotions tied together this day. From excitement and expectation at the start of the day to the sweetest first look between not only Taylor and Sakthi but also with her dad and brother.

Then we had a blast taking pictures and driving around Sun Valley to document some special places to them. You won’t believe the beautiful setting that the ceremony took place. Bloom Theory did such a gorgeous job on the flowers. Taylor and Sakthi’s vows had everyone shedding a tear. So meaningful, deep and true. But nothing quite compares to the fun that was had during the reception. Let’s just say that the dance floor was epic! Sound Wave Events did a stellar job keeping the dance floor packed! We didn’t want it to end!

It was such a privilege to work with such an incredible vendor team. Everyone did such a stellar job serving this couple and making their wedding dreams come true! Heather, from By Heather Jeanne, did such a great job putting all the pieces together. The Sun Valley Resort Team, led by Megan, made everything a breeze and really went above and beyond to ensure the day was wonderful.

We Are So Grateful

Another big highlight for us was having TWO past Cimbalik Couples and past bridesmaid’s there celebrating alongside Taylor and Sakthi. It is always such a joy to see our couples and others that we have grown to love at other weddings. As a small business we rely so much on word of mouth referrals and the fact that we have been referred by our couples means the world to us and our family!

Taylor and Sakthi, where do we even begin with you two!!? Thank you so much for allowing us to document your epic weekend! We literally couldn’t wipe the smiles off of our faces. So. Much. Fun! Your families and friends are all just so special and are such a testament to the kind of people you are. We are cheering you on as you begin this sometimes hard, but beautiful thing called marriage.
