We think winter weddings need to be more of a thing! With winter comes a magical feeling that can add such a unique and beautifully cozy feeling for such a special day. Elizabeth and Charles chose to get married at Tamarack Resort because they both felt it was one of the most beautiful places they had ever seen. They look forward to bringing their family there someday to celebrate where they made the commitment of love to one another.

Elizabeth made all our winter wedding dreams come true! She paid attention to every detail. From her 1940’s beautiful, wool sweater from Switzerland, to her dainty snowflake necklace, or the magical white, lace-up boots we were swooning all day! Well, we all know Laura was the one swooning as Rob typically doesn’t swoon.

It’s alway wonderful when our couples choose great vendors that make the day work like clockwork. McCall Weddings did a lovely job coordinating as well as creating beautiful Christmas florals. Idaho Stylists did a wonderful job with Elizabeth’s hair and makeup. The hair and makeup team can really help to set the tone for the day and Kayla and her team always do a wonderful job bringing calm and peace as they help our brides prepare for the biggest day of their life! We also want to give, Isla from Tamarack, a shoutout for working her magic and helping us get up the lift to find the snow! Not only did we find the snow but we literally went into a cloud which made everything feel very etherial.

Elizabeth and Charles, Thank you so much for allowing us to have a part in your beautiful wedding day! Thank you for trusting us and taking a ride to the top of the mountain to find the snow! 🙂 It was certainly an experience we all will never forget! We wish you the very best as you begin your journey of marriage! Keep the Lord first and as you each draw closer to Him you will draw closer to each other. Have a wonderful first, married Christmas!
