Our wedding season officially has begun! Yesterday we had the absolute privilege of spending the day with Lauren and Cole. The had a beautiful wedding at one of our favorite wedding venues in Boise. The Bishop’s House was built in 1889 and it just spills over with history and character. It offers a lovely outdoor space that is full of blooms and an open lawn. With the beautiful Boise foothills behind, it offers so much to wedding couples to make it the perfect spot to say, “I Do”. Something really special about yesterday in particular was the beautiful, dwarf, purple irises that were in full bloom all over the property. Purple was Lauren’s main wedding color and we were told that the caretaker’s of the property had never seen so many purple flowers in bloom. Some may think this was just a coincidence but we think otherwise. 😉
Considering that we had snow in the mountains the Tuesday before the wedding the weather was incredible. 80 degrees and sunny for most of the day and then a light cloud cover to make the light extra dreamy. The day was filled with fun, love and happy tears. Seeing the obviously deep love between Lauren and Cole was so special. We are so happy for them as they begin this new chapter in life called marriage.
