A Gorgeous Riverside Wedding at the RV Landing at Carlson Ranch

What a joy to photograph Brittany and Cody’s wedding at the RV Landing at Carlson Ranch! After photographing her twin sister’s wedding a couple of years ago we felt so honored to document their special day as well! Our couples and their families become so special to us and it is such a joy to rekindle those relationships by photographing other family member’s weddings and milestone sessions.

This was our first time photographing a wedding at the RV Landing at Carlson Ranch and we sure hope it isn’t our last! The amazing views and accommodations were perfect for this outdoor loving duo! Working with the wedding team that Brittany and Cody assembled was great fun. Mel did a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly and looking amazing! It was so great seeing our sweet, Bridget from Incahoots BBQ. We don’t know how she does it but even tucked away off the beaten path she and her team produced and 5-star dinner that did not disappoint!

We also need to take a minute for one of our favorite florists, Nila, from Farm to Market Floral Design Co. She created something that we think needs to be a new trend! The ceremony floral arrangements were LIVE arrangements, meaning that they were strategically and beautifully planted in planters. This way when the hot summer sun was beating down these flowers never wilted or lost their vibrance! In addition, one of the coolest things is that after the wedding Brittany and Cody can go and plant these perennials and they can be a beautiful reminder year after year of the day they got married. How neat is that?

Brittany and Cody! Can we do this day over again? It was so incredible and such a beautiful and fun representation of who you guys are as a couple! We are so excited for you as you begin this next lifelong chapter of marriage. It’s a wild ride! Much like a river rafting trip, there are ups and downs but the most important part is to never give up and have each other’s backs! We hope scrolling through the images below leaves you smiling and reliving one of your life’s most beautiful and important days!
