It’s summer, which means it is wedding and engagement session season for us. It’s a blast! Busy, but still so fun! We just love adventuring with our couples in the mountains and capturing their love with our cameras!

BUT! With longer days and warmer weather it also means that it’s mosquito season! Oh. My. Goodness. They must have heard we were coming and told all their friends. 🙂 They came in droves for this engagement session we photographed last weekend.

But never fear! Amanda and Ryan didn’t let it dampen their spirits or ruin their shoot. We still had such a great time with these two, in spite of the thousands of mosquitos that were trying to sabotage our session.

Ryan proposed to Amanda this summer in Peru on Machu Picchu. Can you just imagine!? She of course said yes and begin the overwhelming task of planning their wedding in the matter of a couple months! She is a rockstar! We just know that their Shore Lodge wedding in August is going to be so lovely! Her love for color is inspiring and we are excited to see how her wedding day reflects this!
