McCall, Idaho is an amazing destination for weddings. Whether you are looking for high-end McCall wedding venues, or something a bit more rustic, or mountainous, there are a variety of McCall wedding venues to choose from. Here, we have compiled a list of the top 10 McCall wedding venues. Also, included are three venues nearby McCall that we thought were worth talking about. So, let’s get started!

1. The Arling Center

Tamarack Resort is nestled at the base of West Mountain just thirty minutes from McCall.  The Arling Center is the main focus of Tamarack weddings, with the stunning, white Chapel, The Grange for a great indoor space, and a large courtyard and grassy area.  Guests can enjoy a stay at The Lodge at Osprey Meadows or a number of the luxurious townhouses and chalets on the mountain.

2. Mid-Mountain Lodge

For 2021 brides, Tamarack Resort will be opening their Mid-Mountain Lodge with access via a chairlift ride.  The lodge sits on the side of the mountain with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, valley, and Lake Cascade.  Be one of the first brides to take advantage of this amazing lodge that will have a large outdoor patio space for ceremonies and receptions, or move inside the luxurious lodge for part of your event.

3. Brundage Mountain

Brundage Mountain is where you will find some of the best views around.  Just minutes from McCall, they offer mountain top ceremonies via chairlift, and an outdoor reception space next to the lodge and patio. With spectacular views, forests, and open grassy hillsides, Brundage is a favorite of the outdoor enthusiasts and anyone looking for an iconic, outdoor, McCall wedding.

4. Blackhawk on the River

Next up, Blackhawk on the River is one of our favorites for several reasons, but we just love the way the light falls on this venue at all times of the day.  River views provide the backdrop for the great outdoor and indoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions. There is also, on-site lodging for close family and friends.

5. Shore Lodge

Shore Lodge sits right on the shores of Payette Lake in McCall, and is full of history.  Couples and guests can enjoy a small dock wedding, or take full advantage of the Pavillion’s upper and lower levels for an indoor ceremony and reception space with beautiful lake and mountain views.  Not to mention some of the best lodging around.

6. Pilgrim Cove

For those looking for a little more rustic feel but incredible Idaho mountain views, Pilgrim Cove might be a great option.  With access to the camps entire space, and lodging for guests available, couples with their friends and family can enjoy a weekend of relaxed fun.  The ceremony options include the beach and large lawn overlooking Payette Lake. 

7. Bear Creek Lodge

Just north of McCall is Bear Creek Lodge.  With the small creek and surrounding forests, this venue is ideal for those looking for an outdoorsy, forest vibe.  With multiple options for ceremony and reception (indoor and outdoor), lodging for your guests, and forests all around, this venue really has it all.

8. Jug Mountain Ranch

Jug Mountain Ranch sits below Jughandle Mountain’s rugged 8,310 foot peak, with surrounding views of the valley and championship golf course.  Ideal for summer and fall weddings, there is great outdoor space for ceremonies and receptions.

9. No Business Lodge

No Business Lodge is nestled on a ridge overlooking the Payette River and West Mountain.  There is great outdoor space and 360° views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, enjoy the Lodge for getting ready, hanging out in the bar and game room, soaking in the hot tub, and access to the property and private river access.

10. Roseberry Barn

About twenty minutes from McCall, the Roseberry Barn is a great venue for those looking for a more rustic, country wedding.  The barn is full of history, and can serve as an indoor ceremony or reception space, or enjoy the lawn or deck right outside with views of the surrounding mountains.

11. Riverside Pines

Located in Cascade, just thirty minutes from McCall, Riverside Pines sits along the banks of the North Fork of the Payette River.  The venue has a few, large, mature pines on the edge of wide, open spaces, ideal for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. There is also access to a large barn for receptions, with the ability to open multiple large doors for an indoor/outdoor feel. Fun fact for you; we had our wedding reception here over ten years ago.

12. Kelly’s Whitewater Park

Kelly’s Whitewater Park is located on a section of the North Fork of the Payette River in Cascade, where there are man-made rapids for river enthusiasts to play. Kelly’s has great outdoor lawn space, a large rock island in the river, and a perfect indoor space overlooking the river that is ideal for a smaller wedding.

13. Mackay Bar Ranch

Last, but not least, Mackay Bar Ranch rounds out our venue list, but still remains one of our favorites. Even though Mackay Bar is located outside of McCall about two hours on the main Salmon River, it is more of an adventure, destination, experience than just another wedding venue.  With access to the ranch limited to a jet boat ride up the mighty Salmon River, guests get to enjoy the experience of a true, unplugged, fully catered and all inclusive wedding adventure. With gorgeous views and several ceremony options, Mackay Bar is a one-of-a-kind wedding experience!
